National percentile is basically how much better you did than the rest of the population. The number is the variable below the lower percentages fall. So 99% means that your score is higher than 99% of the people compared.

There CR answers had some mistakes I believe.

I expected 610/600/590 in CR and I got 650.

2050 680CR, 690M, 680W, 8E!!! It is pretty solid score, considering that I am int’l student. I am happy now!!!

CR: 680 ouch! ****ed off!
Math: 800 “I’ll never get that lucky again.”
Writing: 750 knew I did bad, so this one’s a blessing.

Total: 2230
Don’t know what to say. If I had twenty more points in Critical Reading I would be a little happier right now. Retake?

Three CR answers couldn’t have been off. Silverturtle signed off on them (said that he put those exact answers) and he got a 800. So at most, 2 could have been wrong.

It couldn’t have had more than two wrong (one if curve was strict) because those are the answers that I put.

The CR consolidated answers? I can’t say for sure because the detailed reports aren’t out yet, but most of them, and likely all, are correct.

^yeah CR answers were all definitely right

2320
750 Reading
800 Math

(8 on the essay again with an 80 writing subscore UGHHH this happened last time as well except i got a 780 i need to improve my essay except i think i’m done with sat I’s…)

dude i’m like freaking out right now from happiness

hey guys I still dont have my essay score it says febuary 16th but what do they tell you in this score report?

In the score report, it’ll tell you how many you got wrong/omitted in each section and the difficulty that these questions were. It also shows you your essay.

I don’t think any of the CR questions are wrong. I knew that I made two really stupid mistakes in SC, and there’s no way I could have gotton another one wrong, -4 raw, and gotten 790 (unless I made a bubbling mistake, and forgot to bubble one of my answers, which is unrelated to the discussion at hand). I did have all the same passage answers as the list.

In the score report they tell you how many you got wrong in each section, and what type of question. To see what number question you got wrong, wait for the mailed report.

They also scan in a copy of the essay you wrote for you to look over (and watch the horrific memories return…o_o), and what score each of the two scorers gave you, out of 6.

M-800
W-800
CR-700. boo

2300 :)

Hey guys, here are mu scores:*
Critical Reading 560 ouch!
*Math 680
*Writing 610 *
*Essay 10

Did everyone else have lower-than expected scores on the CR? The CR was 50 points lower than my test in October.

Score 1990
Critical Reading 660
Math 600
Writing 730
Multiple Choice 67 (score range: 20-80)
Essay 11 (score range: 2-12)

10 points away…

M-770
CR-790 (fairly positive I only got two off)
W-800 (80 MC, 10 E)

Total= 2360

Essentially what I was expecting, although I was pretty confident that I was going to get an 800 on CR.

I guess that makes two people who feel this way.

What do you think is the enough score for an international student?

I’m an international student myself, and it really depends on where you’re from. For example, I’m from Korea, where there are usually quite a few 2400s each year (the applying class this year has roughly 10), and most students aim for at least above 2300. It’s also a country that has been caught up in quite a lot of scandal regarding the SATs, so SATs probably will not weigh in as much on our applications.

It also depends on what schools you’re applying to. I’d say 2250+ is best for an Ivy (and this is only an estimate, of course), but it really does differ.
