I’m a native speaker of French and got 760. I found many of the questions positively stupid. I went to a French elementary school, was raised completely bilingual until the age of 7, took French every year I was in school, etc.
Something is fundamentally wrong with this picture!
If you do badly in French, ne t’en pas!
Anyone here get better than that in French?

It seems a lot of people got 800 on Math 2. Or is it just that the ones who got 800s are the ones on CC…

:P

It’s only o CC that 800 on mathII is the norm lol

math lvl 2: 780.
im going to retake it on may because i made very careless mistakes. hopefully this time i get that 800… :/

EDIT: im not too disappointed in myself because i self-taught math lvl 2 as a sophmore. im taking trig in school right now. still…only like 2 questions from an 800 :(

U.S. History - 800
Math II - 740 (oh well.)
Chem - 780

770 average isn’t bad.
Especially since they’re not required by any of the schools I’m applying to.

Math II: 800

Spanish (w/o listening) 800!!!
i’m sooo happy… would have been content with anything over a 750 - i definitely didn’t think i did so well!

For all the French issues:

like futurephysician, I have studied French all my life and I’ve attended French schools for most of my education. I got a 780 on the SAT 2. I think there is a difference in terms of how you learn French literature. It’s one thing to know the language and to do the grammar, but it’s another to take an analytical approach to the language. I mean rigorously studying the literary techniques of poetry and prose; in short what helped me on the test was my intense focus on the literature.

I truly fail because I had to take these test cold with no prep. If that hints at my time management

Math IIC: 650 (I am not the best math person and I would be content if i got 600+ which i did)
US History: 620 (a little upset because I expected around a 700-740 even though I was taking it with no prep

I didn’t do much literature… we read relatively easy novels like “Le Comte de Monte Cristo” and do mostly grammar and lots of oral and writing.

Honestly though, 760 for a native french speaker from Qu

Math Level 2 - 800.

Math II - 800.
SOOO relieved.

[ul][]Math II - 800 (increased from a 780)
[]Biology (M) - 800
[*]Literature - 780 [/ul]

^ Congratulations, mifune!

Thanks!

<10>

Bio E- 790 :D

Math II - 800

Math I: 800

I’m going to take Chem and Math II in June and Chinese in November. I have a question. I’m not a native, but i’m fluent in speaking and almost fluent in reading and writing. I might not be able to get an 800 but i’m confident in at least a 750+. Should i take it? Oh yea, i plan on getting an 800 in Math II and at least a 750 in chem.

mifune what are your stats besides SAT scores?

755 is the average for SAT II chinese according to wiki
