Jerome Fisher Program

I applied to Wharton and was accepted to the program. I am wondering if I could enroll in the Jerome Fisher program, or if I would have to reapply next year. I did not know about M&T when I originally applied. Would a call to the admissions office make any difference?

It's too late at this point to switch immediately.

If you really want that program you can try to transfer in at the end of freshman year. You need a 3.9+ GPA and a few recs, and you need to take certain courses to be able to switch.

It says 3.4 minimum but the cutoff's always been much higher, even moreso than for internal transfer to Wharton. Space is super super super limited, as I think the room is primarily based on how many people drop M&T after freshman year.

Would it be possible to matriculate in the program next fall (2008), if I called the school and displayed interest?

is wharton transfers based on how many people *drop"?

did you get in as a transfer chanman?

LOL

No, expressing interesting is nothing. You realize that college admissions end with college?

This year, they took three transfers. Each had a 3.95~ GPA.
