<p>I had heard that the decisions are only e-mailed after they have been handed over to the USPS...and that they end up e-mailing you in the late afternoon / evening...</p>

<p>Somebody make a new OFFICIAL thread using the "zuma" format from the first page of this thread. Try not to put anything else in that thread besides your decision once you get it. Start a different thread or use this one for all comments/complaining/etc. It will be easier for us to see whats up and for next year's applicants to read.</p>
