JHU ED Chance Please (Will Chance Back)

You have very impressive credentials, though I would slightly worry about the GPA just given how hard it is to get into the biology major at JHU. Still, you’re a strong candidate and probably have about as good a chance as any, barring the intellectual superstars who will get into every single school they apply to.

Your chances are above solid
GPA is the only thing that could hold you back
But you have a rigorous courseload

Chance me back?

I was admitted into JHU (starting this Fall) and I think your stats are great! I don’t think you need to take the SATs again your score can definitely hold its own. The only questionable factor is the GPA but if you can excel with your course load that will improve your chances. Biology is a competitive major, but so is BME and any other major that can vaguely lead to medicine at JHU so I don’t think you should let that stress you out at all. On paper you look great but the importance of essays cannot be stressed enough. Make sure that your knowledge of the school and your desire to go to JHU shines through. Best of luck!

Your stats are good. I think you have a great shot. Consider expanding your list to other high tier schools.

@sgopal2 @navyseal16 Thanks Guys!

@hopeamity Yeah Pre-med is my thing!!! Thanks though, I have an intense work load so I hope i’ll get in!

ED will significantly improve your chances, and your stats seem competitive and on par with JHU. I’m sure everything else on your app can overcome a slightly under GPA. Best of luck, JHU is a great school! Chance me back?: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/what-my-chances/1798745-what-are-my-chances-with-these-stats-full-details-will-chance-back.html#latest
