Hi! I was wondering if Johns Hopkins does interviews? If so, do I set it up or will I get contacted once I submit my application?
Thank you!

I believe you need to request an interview. If you do an on-campus interview, it is usually with a student that is working/volunteering in admissions/Blue Key. If off-campus, it is with an alumna. They say that it has minimal impact. I get the feeling that it is more for you to find out more about the school than the opposite.
When I visited JHU in August, they said that they have stopped doing interviews and will not be doing interviews for the 2018-19 cycle.
You can try to do one but they honestly don’t really make a difference
I emailed and they told me they stopped doing interviews this year.
