<p>How good is JHU compared to CMU? I was accepted to both, and JHU for BME. I know they excel at that, but how good are they at other things, specifically Chem, ChemE, Math and Econ? Is JHU comparable to CMU in that regard?</p>
<p>I’m biased but I think you will find Hopkins’ departments rated higher than CMU in just about everything except computer science. I am not knocking CMU–it is a great school. But I think most everyone would conclude that Hopkins is a bit better.</p>
