Does Hopkins take the best score from each section if you take the test more than once or does it take the best score from one sitting.

If you used the search function you would have learned, that JHU takes the best score from each section...

Question for AdmissionsDaniel : I fully understand that the best SAT score for each section is selected and considered. What about the ACT ?

Does JHU seclect the best section from each ACT test and compile a composite score?

For example, if test one results are : 33 27 33 27 = 30 composite
The second test results are : 25 33 25 33 = 29 composite

If you select the best scores from both tests, the scores would be

33 33 33 33 = 33 compsoite

However, if you select the better composite (30 and 29), it would be 30.

Is the student conidered to have an equivalent composite of 33?
In other words, do you recalculate the student's ACT composite?

Thank you.
