JHU Transfer?

I am a rising second year University of Virginia student majoring in Chemical Engineering from Baltimore, MD.

My statistics:
High School:
3.96GPA
SAT: 750M 730W 580CR, 710 Bio(M), 730 Math II.
Stellar EC (like 2100 hours of volunteering-level stuff)
College:
3.59 GPA
Research, Clubs, 2 on campus jobs, RA
Summer research with ChemE professor at JHU.
Internship at Engineering firm.

My parents are getting really old and I will have to drop out of UVa to take care of them (in Baltimore). It was my dream to graduate from a top level school, so I really want to transfer to JHU. These statistics I provided are very very basic. I just want to know if I have any chance? Please be honest, I'd really appreciate your opinions.

If anyone wants any other information, I’d be happy to provide.

Yes, you have a chance. Coming from a semi-peer school like UVA helps, but your GPA is a tad low for Hopkins. SAT CR is low for Hopkins, but SAT scores aren’t required for transfers. Otherwise, you are in good shape. Your extracurricular activities are pretty impressive.
