Hey all,

I'm kind of a unique case, so if you guys could tell me my chances of getting in that would be awesome.

I lived in Virginia until November of 2010 where I had to move to South Carolina, so I will be applying out of state.

I am a white male, middle class.

During my junior year, I applied and was accepted into a Department of State funded foreign exchange program into Germany for an entire year. I took my SAT then without a formal english class, and without formal math or anything and I got a 1450/2400. Not the best, I know, but I did the best I could with the materials I had.

I only have one AP class that is European history, which I took in my Sophomore class.

As of now, I'm taking AP Government/ Macroeconomics.

My SC UGP GPA is 3.744
My GPA is 3.523

I was given 2 German credits by my Virginian high school, because of my exchange trip as well. I have a total of 5 credits of foreign language with French classes included.

For my extracurriculars, I was on Academic team in the 9th and 10th grades, and I am also deeply involved in car clubs across the state.

Am I enough for James Madison? My SAT scores are the one thing that scare me into not getting into the University.

Thanks for your time, and I will chance back!
