Jobs.

Are boarding school students allowed to have jobs? Like.. a few hours on the weekend or something?

No, but some schools offer a couple campus jobs like delivering papers to faculty houses.

JK, much too busy for off campus jobs.

My son helped out his physics teacher a few times with some lifting and yardwork. He enjoyed working with him and made some $$$$.

Oh, okay.

I guess I could get a job/internship during the summer. I was thinking I would be too busy. Thanks, guys!

I worked six hours a week at Exeter - theatre work and at the library campus desk. Made minimum wage, but that was still $30.75 a week...

Exeter has tons of opportunities for on-campus jobs. Just talk to the library, music dept, theatre, or art department...

At Andover, you can do stuff like delivering newspapers in the morning for some cash.

That would be sweet.
