Anyone who applied to BME?
@musiclover214 yup there’s one already made
@realityhitshard I applied to BME! What was your back-up major?
@realityhitshard I am BME as well
Why can’t they give me my rejection now, why do I have to wait till tomorrow?
@livevee123 because you have already waited so long. xD
I applied medicine, science and humanities with public health as secondary. All my stuff fits public health better so I’m hoping they consider me for secondary #sweating
I’ve applied BME as well and I heard about the JHU ED policy a day after applying… apparently if you apply ED to BME and get accepted for your second choice major instead it isn’t binding. they waive the binding clause or whatever
5 more hours?
The fact that the decision has already been made but we can’t see it yet is what’s bugging me
But no matter what the decision best of luck to everybody!
Does Anyone know the exact time?
3pm EST @bkice9
5 hours… just tell me already!
Does anyone know if Molecular and Cellular Biology or if Neuroscience is impacted at JHU? I feel like all STEM majors are impacted at JHU but I was just wondering.
Good luck to everyone! Hopefully the server doesn’t crash with all of the traffic. The wait is nerve wracking.
For those who are wondering why they can’t release now instead of at 3pm, think about this. Let’s say they set the time at noon instead of 3pm. Then you’d just be having the same feelings but moved 3 hours earlier. You’d experience the same amount of anxiety but just shifted earlier. You should be thankful that JUH gives you a specific time like this. Look at the anxiety over on the Wash U thread (where I suspect there’s a significant amount of overlap with JHU applicants).

Hey y’all We’re all extremely nervous and there’s practically no taking away from that, but I wish you all the best. Regardless of the decisions we receive, it’s time to celebrate! The culmination of 4 years of hard work is quickly approaching! I’m absolutely sure you will all end up in great institutions and be able to study and cram in the field of your choice. It’s our time now, guys! Let’s take a second to allow ourselves to be proud of that.
If we get in would any of you like to be my roommate?
@ehsstudent17 Only 3 1/2 years. Don’t any of you believe in senioritis?
