Honestly, ECs are my biggest worry. I feel like I keep myself busy but have no real spike, especially for my major.

Other:

Go to a public school in NJ
Ethnicity: Multiracial–Black (Antiguan), White, and Hispanic (Guatemalan)
Gender: Male
Intended Major: Molecular & Cellular Bio (possibly pre-med?)
Income: 75k-ish

Thanks in advance for your time.

this is pretty much perfect… don’t worry too much… and there’s me with an ACT of 32 and applying for RD.

Hi, I currently attend JHU and your profile seems very strong! I would recommend finishing off strong senior year because at this point you can’t do anything else to improve your chances. Good luck to you! Maybe I’ll get to see you on campus next year!

Sorry, I forgot to add one more thing… The key to JHU is also writing a good supplement essay. I had a decent college application but what really did it for me was the essays. So, good luck to you on those. That is what will determine you from the lot that makes it and the lot that doesn’t

Current JHU sophomore here

Your stats are very strong and your ECs are sufficient. You’re involved in several different areas and have leadership while also achieving some good awards for Robotics team. Especially since you’d probably qualify as an URM, your chances are probably pretty good

Out of curiosity, why are you even asking what your chances are? I think you are smart enough to already know that your chances are excellent, especially given you were accepted into Princeton REA. Good luck.

Hi guys I applied RD to JH on December 30th. It is now January 4th and I still haven’t received an email for a portal. Does JH not have a portal or does it take a bit longer? Some of my schools gave me portal access in a day so I was just wondering?

@georgetownbound please start your own thread.

@saif235 wow, I was just asking a simple question. Terribly sorry to everyone who had to read my post.
