<p>I emailed Johns Hopkins and received this response, which I will relay to you guys. In short, for fall 2006, JHU admitted about 100 transfer applicants out of over 800. Of the 100, about 40 will matriculate, 80% of whom will be entering their sophomore year.</p>
<p>In JHU Admissions' exact words:</p>
<p>"For the Fall 2006 term, we received just over 800 applications for transfer admission and admitted approximately 100 of those applicants. We are set to enroll just over 40 transfer students for the Fall 2006 term, with the majority (over 80%) entering for their sophomore year."</p>
