<p>That’s a big “if” given the gross mismatch between GPA and scores. If there is a good reason for the GPA that can be articulated by the GC, then I would expect great results for an URM with those scores, ECs, and awards. But I’m puzzled by the timing. 1st semester senior year grades are in, but he hasn’t applied anywhere yet? Planning on a gap year?</p>
