<p>So looking into it, does anyone know how the Journalism program at Boston U stacks up against the journalism program at NYU?</p>
<p>I would say material is material either way you split it. An NYU education may open doors that BU may not. BU's comm program is amazing though. However I am not sure if a lot of things can beat New York University (in terms of location and the opportunities that it can offer you by being in the city).</p>
<p>They each focus on different things. NYU divides into two categories: reporting and criticism. BU divides into print, broadcast, photo, business & econ, and science.</p>
