Journalism Major Financial Safety Schools.. North East

<p>Hey people!</p>

<p>I'm a senior who has already applied to a few EA schools, but I don't really have any solid financially safety schools. My intended major is Journalism (w/ a possible double major or minor in History and/or Film Studies...). I would also like to stick to schools in the north east (New England, NY, D.C pretty much). Anyone know of any schools w/ a strong communications/journalism department w/ this criteria.</p>

<p>Quick stats: SAT: 1820 GPA: 3.35/4
Top 11% (sooo close!) in class
I'm confident in ECs, essays, and recommendations</p>

<p>Home state: NH</p>

<p>Finding true safeties can be difficult if money is an issue since safeties often don’t give aid to cover their costs. Do you have a budget? Can your parents pay for any school that you want to go to?</p>

<p>If so, then you will have several choices in the northeast… :)</p>

<p>Did you apply to your state’s flagship? </p>
