Julliard program?

Is anyone trying for this? Do you apply for it undergrad or as a sophomore?

i wish i was good enough to try for Juliard..

i applied for it, but i'm applying to columbia RD. i already applied to juilliard.

I'm applying for the four year lessons deal, but I don't want to go the five year program because I don't need a music degree, and I don't think I want to finish all my Columbia credits in three years. Getting into medical grad school after being away from Columbia for two years might be hard, too. I plan on being a doctor for musicians, though, like physical therapy for carpal tunnel, etc. Yaaaayyy. I got my acceptance letter today. I'm definitely going. I applied to J-ard, too, and I'll be auditioning on cello in the spring. I go to the pre-college now. J-ard is amazing. I love lincoln center.

JON! why didn't you TELL me you knew my brother? not like you could have known, anyway. funny coincidence. charlie was just like, the guy in my quartet....yada yada yada, and then i was like, jono? just was talking to him online

anyway, congrats. and i'm applying for the exchange, not the dual degree. lord, no

wait, what about Charlie? I just had rehearsal with him. . . Tell him I got in, btw. We were talking about it. Hmmm, who are you?

I am the illustrious Counterpart to Boy Wonder, Charles. I am the Soprano, the Red-haired, the Stressed-out. I am Charlie's twin sister.

I didn't know Charlie had a twin sister!!!!!! Ha!!!!!!! What instrument do you play?

I sing opera.

Wow that is so cool. Duh "the soprano." Didn't pick up on that. I hope Charlie gets into Harvard. We are one awesome quartet. . . even though we played music for only about 20 minutes today. . . . . ooops.

i hear good things about you guys
who's your violist? i would ask charlie, but he's downstairs. too faraway.
and how exciting is it that you're going to columbia! it's my 2nd choice, along with brown and jhu (eclectic grouping of 2nd choices, but of course i have a long explanation. for another day)

Second choice???!!!! WELL! jk

Emily Nash is the violist.

haha, i applied to yale ea. oh, emily, i didn't know that. why aren't you in gnhyo

I don't have time for new haven youth. Juilliard pre-college is enough!!!!

So Yale and Harvard in the family, eh? Uh-oh. . .

tell me about it. just think of the split when The Game happens.
