How many answers did you guys put that were TTCE? I can’t remember the exact number, I think I had around 4-5.

was it just me or were we lucky there werent many random descriptive chem questions

The question with 1.0 x 10^-3, the answer was 1.0 x 10^3 right?

arrr, 1 blank, 3 wrongs

yeah its the reciprical so 1*10^3

also did anyone get 1*10^50 for one of the equil problems

Yes, because the Keq for the reverse reaction is always the inverse.

That was the one asking for the Keq that would yield the most product, right? I think that’s what I put as well.

Yes for the most product

yes 1*10-3 and
10 to the 50th power times one for the MOST product.

The larger Keq is, the more product is formed at equilibrium, so 10^50 would definitely be correct! If you switch a Keq equation, its value is the reciprocal, so 10^-3 was the answer if 10^3 was the forward reaction

I got like 4 CEs…I think 2 in each row…not sure

Agh…I have like 2 wrongs for sure…hopefully no stupid mistakes

Is CH4 a B/L base? I put false

Yeah, I put F for that question as well. Methane does not accept any protons because carbon can only make four bonds.

yup ch4 is not a base. because if it were it could accept a proton and turn into ch5+ and ive never seen that in any of the problems ive done over the course of school so i guessed false

Wasn’t it asking

CH4 is a Lewis base because it has a lone pair of electrons.

In any event, CH4 isn’t any type of base and it does not have a lone pair.

CH4 can’t be a lewis base, because lewis bases are lone pair donors. All of C’s electrons are in bonds, and so are all of the H’s electrons. There are no lone pairs to be in a bond anyway. What was the second part of the question? I feel like I put F, but I don’t remember why.

perfect so far :)

except i don’t remember the f(temperature) one stating volume is constant in the problem so i probably got that wrong

wow i misread the question but still got the answer right. gotta be more careful

2 wrong so far but im sure i made other stupid errors

hey guys. just wondering, when do results come out and when does the curve come out. This is my first SAT II. Thanks

June twenty-something. 27th?

How does everyone compare this to the official released test?
