the question with yokes:
these quotes are from what era: “throwing of the yoke” “humans are perfect”
is Enlightenment.

collegebound1414: Yeah, Japan kicked China’s ass too, so it’d make sense it’s them.

Man, on this test, I had 50/50 for half the questions haha. Hopefully I’m a good test taker

^^oh. i put the one above that one i think . it was like people had rights, gov should defend them?

no college bound
it was simon bolivar ghandi and nasser were anti imperialists

^^^lol i cant remember the choices

I’m pretty sure China was the tribute one!

Japan also followed China’s lead anyways…

germany splitting up

and neo nazism as a choice

also what are you sure about the yoke question?
i remember the quotes, but i thought answer choices were different

hmm so far seems i’ve gotten 11 wrong
I COULD STILL GET AN 800!
lol

LOOK AT THIS LIST:

[List of recipients of tribute from China - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](List of recipients of tribute from China - Wikipedia)

ok so what was this neo-nazism thingy
i still say that map show weak, non-unified states

any other ppl can remember

^^^if you used ap barrons world. go to page 440ish. IMMENSE RAPE(yes they even titled it [asian city] rape). and then like turned all of east asia into their tools

anyone remember what the first question was

they did that during world war II, and before that to korea

but earlier history, tribute was china

yeah as close as I can remember:
These quotes are from what era? “we finally are throwing off the yoke” and “humans are close to perfection”
a. Renaissance
b. Enlightenment

(don’t know other answer choices, I picked Enlightenment)

and the other one is definitely China. Vietnam, korea, etc all paid tribute.

i thought the map was 1st half of 19th century. There were alreadly several strong nation-states on that map (England, Spain, etc.) so there wasn’t a lack. But both Germany and Italy were still disunified (the unified in later half of 19th) so makes sense it’s the first half

I meant THIS list: [List of tributaries of Imperial China - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia](List of tributary states of China - Wikipedia)

and are u thinking of rape of nanjing…

^^^hmm. was there a time period in the question? The map with the two black lines? is that the one? i put post wwII because there was yugoslavia, which was after WWII

pretty positive its enlightenment

anyone care to answer my earlier questions…and can an updated list be posted again soon (lemonio hehe) and then im gonna count what i got wrong!

^^^the yolk. sounds like nazi due to their perfection of themselves and killing jews because they were imperfect

i think the question said tributes of southeast asia, which is why i put japan because i just read the passage in the car-ride to the test center

^^ I am 99% sure that the yoke/ perfection quotes answer is enlightenment
yoke- because Enlightenment writers were all about better, fair government for the people, instead of oppression and “yoke” of despots
perfection- humanism, huge ideal during Enlightenment

i mean, its the name of a book!

i really think it’s gotta be China…Japan was even more isolated than them.

^^^
nvm he choco seems right

^^^so it looks like china, does any1 remember wording of the question?
