SAT World History-International-June 2013

I think most students will be done soon and we can start discussing.

Post any questions you'd like to. :D

I have a question. If I take the exam in Canada then would I be taking the domestic or the international version of the exam?

How was the test for you, Gloogle?

HAHA I think I bombed the test. Well, I guess I need to take Physics then in October:(

ok so was it iraq or afghanistan that opposed globalization of western culture…or neither

The test was a bit hard; I was unsure with about 30

I finished the test with 20 omitted in about 40 minutes. Narrowed that down to 9 omitted right before time was called. Not too bad a test. Seriously hoping for 770+.

@Harrovian I think you take the international version; but i’m not too sure about that

@hundyordeath I’m still torn on that, but I think its Afghanistan with the rise of the Taliban in the 90’s; Iraq meanwhile was simply under Saddam

@Gloogle, I had the same reasoning

^Almost the same here Daimyo. I omitted 30 in the first run, then I just tried to answer everything, relying on gut feel

@damiyo, true, i’ll go check on Iran’s recent history first just to make sure

iran wasn’t an option

Just checked, its defo not Iran. They were rather liberal and pro-business in the 90’s

Oh it wasn’t? I thought it was, but anyways nvm

It was Iraq, not Iran.

How about the spread of agriculture and herding? Where was it from?

And the Congo thing, with gold, diamonds, and Ivory?

Spread of agriculture was SW Asia (there were two SW Asia answers if I recall the question correctly, but I don’t remember which one it was).

Congo was rubber.

How about the spread of agriculture and herding? Where did it come from?

And Congo thing, with ivory, gold, diamonds, etc?

Waah sorry for the double post, I thought it didn’t get sent, but anyways, the I answered SW Asia too, I think the difference was about where it spread to

Oh yeah it spread because of migrations.
