June 2010: Biology

last question was proteases to get rid of other proteins

@Fresh

99% sure it was DNA -> RNA.

does anyone know when we get our scores

omg same i am so annoyed -__-
i was hoping for 780, 790, 800
better luck in october?

how? wouldnt proteases destroy the original enzymes as well? or did I read that one wrong, crap!!

last question was proteases to get rid of other proteins

what? I put the denaturation one. That enzymes must be kept cool to prevent denaturation.

@fresh101, same here! wth?!

i got same as you for the enzyme one fresh

^^ r u a sophomore or a junior? if ur a soph, u still have time.
im a junior and i can only take the SAT I in oct b.c im doing early decision…so i have no time basically.

^yea thats what i put too

I put DNA –> RNA as well

Well it depends but on two of the released tests,

One raw score is 60
The other 59/60

@Fresh
I also put kept cool to prevent denature.

@desigirl23
its around 730~780
depending on what curve it is/

ugh! i put the cool to prevent denaturation as well.

but at what point do you guys decide to cancel your scores, cause a lot of you have been mentioning it…can we not retake it or something?

^what were the lowest 800 marks on those 2 released tests?

Was DNA -> RNA question on the “M” part??

it wasnt one of the first 60 questions was it?

proteases are irrelevant to the question.

wait so…guyz, do u think that the test curve will be high? was this test harder than the may? anyone?

^i think it was in M.

yea DNA to RNA was on bio - M

so for a 700+, you need to crack a 60?
