DAmn I omitted 8. ANd have atleast 4 wrong so far…

o yea, that’s what it was. I remember putting that.

For the photosynthesis/cellular respiration I II III type questions, did anyone get photosyn/cellular respiration only for the first two questions (about which produced O2 and used CO2 or something like that), then both for the last one (produces ATP)?

For E, what did you put for the diversifying selection?

For the question about fungi what did you guys get? I believe the answers were parasitic, autotrophic, and decomposers. I think i put both autotrophic and decomposers, but I don’t remember I switched it so many times. Wait no, I put all three. Yea I remember now, I thought fungi, like mushrooms, could be parasites on trees and such + they are autotrophs + decomposers. That would be considered parasitic right?

I put only cellular respiration for the third question because photosynthesis does create ATP in the light reactions but then that is used up in the Calvin cycle so I assumed that they wanted net ATP production? I might have gotten that wrong though, but that’s how I answered it.

@Tantoes, i said only parasitic and decomposers

@Apoc314, yeah I wasn’t sure what they meant either…

@catcat. I said only photosynthesis creates oxygen. Can someone verify?

I put parasitic and decomposers for the fungi question because fungi are heterotrophs, not autotrophs.

EDIT: Yes, I put only photosynthesis creates oxygen as well, morpheus44.

Yes, only photosynthesis created oxygen.

What did you guys get for the oxidizing question? It was cellular respiration right?

And for fungus, I put parasitic and decomposers.

Photosynthesis is the only one that produce oxygen(sure)
Respiration oxidize Glucose( I think)
And both Photosynthesis and respiration produce ATP (sure)

Oh crap i mixed up heterotroph and autotroph, that may have screwed me for the yeast question as well. >.<

^ yup it made a beautiful ABC staggering pattern

oxidation is losing electrons and bc photosynthesis is gaining electrons which is oxidation, cellular respiration is reduction

yeah i got the ABC thing too

@kim: I put directional selection

I think you contracted yourself. I am pretty sure cellular respiration is oxidation

Wait, oxidation is losing electrons so shouldn’t that be respiration then?

Yeah, it should be oxidation for respiration.

lol…
So how do you guys think you did?
I skipped 3 and probs missed 5. So maybe a 740ish?
