nocensure; I chose the answer that said something like women could change politics through their moral values and for the second one I said cult of domesticity because the passage didn’t really seem to talk about education.

nocensure

I believe that population (establishing new territories) was made an issue (the east was crowded?), even if it wasn’t necessarily, but I’m not sure. The wording of some of the answers was weird. But now that I think about it, I probably should’ve picked that it answer, because the other ones were logical and it was an except question.

Okay, what about the one that was comparing the Sherman Anti-Trust Act and the Clayton Anti-Trust Act?

And also, what did you guys say about that one paragraph/quote about culture?

@diatomiclove the sherman anti trust act vs the Interstate commerce act is the one i think ur talking about. It was one is reguatory while the other is prohibitive.

Was there one on the Clayton Anti-Trust Act? I had interstate commerce and Sherman… and I put that the difference was that Sherman was not enforced by subsequent court decisions.

i thought the question about judicial review said “during what time…” and i thought time meant during what presidency. if it was talking about john marshall wouldn’t it have said who “presided over or made the ruling?..”

what was the one about politics not influencing commerce

Wait for the one about judiciary which everyone is saying eisenhower, was that different from the congress question? also was there one where andrew jackson - trail of tears/cherokee was the answer

@jwwrox, what court decisions can you remember about the antitrust act? I wasn’t too sure, but since the Interstate commerce act made the ICC to regulate railroads, while sherman antitrust prohibitive monopolistic trusts, I put regulation vs prohibitive as my answer.

amazon; That’s what I put.
wyjang94; I said George Washington’s Farewell Address.

yea!!! i put trail of tears too. I have no idea what the question is tho.

floobert

You’re probably right, I just don’t remember that being an answer choice… maybe I read it wrong?

Was the answer to an “except” question the reduction of the gap between the rich and the poor?

I also put the E for the ICC vs Sherman. And does anyone remember justification for manifest destiny? i put population was not a factor or w.e

and how bout the war of 1812? i think i put frontier and indians or something.

and the jazz picture? that was 1920s right?

Diatomiclove

Referring to industrialization, that was not an affect. The gap between the rich and the poor increased dramatically.

@diatomiclove i put that too. dont remember the question, but it was probably something about the gilded age.

for fdr he didnt appeal to white southerners?

industrialists @wyjang

@Nspired the jazz picture was definitely 1920s. there was a flapper on the picture.

do you remember more about the 1812 question? i tihnk i also had trouble with that one, but im not remembering it right now

I also put the E for the ICC vs Sherman. And does anyone remember justification for manifest destiny? i put population was not a factor or w.e

and how bout the war of 1812? i think i put frontier and indians or something.

and the jazz picture? that was 1920s right?

anyone get like 4 ds in a row towards the end?
