June world history sat II

true that. i guess it wouldn't be that helpful then

monkey cloud - i think theres no point, because questions that ARE recycled are usually NOT on the following year. you should be fine by reviewing books; thats what i did and im sure thats what everyone else did. princeton review / kaplan... they prepare very well. i'd def use the threads to plan which BOOK i'd use though. half the people on this thread will agree w/ me when i say that barrons was a crap shoot for this test. over prep.. princeton / kaplan helped the most. so just look thru diff threads for the best book, and go w/ that.

yea thats a good idea. i for one know that barron's world history is horribly difficult and pretty much useless

I agree with talkaboutambition. Baron gives too much unncessary info and focuses too much on different people that you don't need to wrory about.

Princeton Review is fluffy, but it acts as an excellent supplement. It's concise, so you should use this like a week before the test.

Kaplan is the most organized and coherent. I would go with Kaplan.

REA is good if you have the time. It also has a lot of unncessary details, but I think you would be really really prepared

so does everyone generally agree? and also, for teh ones i put Q marks next to, could you answer them and verify them?

hey.. for this Q:

Which countries ... have lots of cattle...

are you guys sure it was U.S., Argentina, and Northern Mexico?
i picked the other choice w/ the u.s. .. i think. does anyone remember what the other one w/ the us was?

did you guys all take the ap world history class/test before taking the sat II? and what grade in school are you?

I verified that on wikipedia.

i skipped that question --;;

ooo one question! Where did Britain get all their COTTON BABY

Hammurabi's code- choice A (equality law code)? I got this wrong

def not. it wasnt equal at all. i think it was one of the choices that said it established a rule by gov't. i donno what were the other chocies?

i am in 9th gr. on my sister's account. haha

hammurabi's code = law passed down by God to Babylon king

its def not A
