I am currently a Junior in high school and I am interested in attending USC but i have a few questions:
What is it like on the campus?
How is the business school there?
Is it hard to get in?

A current student can probably tell you what it is like being on campus better than I can, but the business school has a really good reputation and it takes a 1000+(old scoring) SAT score and an unweighted high school GPA of 3.0 or better to get in.

Just making the minimum of 1000 on the SAT and having a 3.0 probably isn’t going to cut it though - the average SAT score is right around 1200 and the average unweighted gpa is probably closer to 3.4ish.

If you’re close enough for a visit, then that’s the best way to get the feel of the campus and it’s not too early. I think the new business school building will be completed by 2014 so that will be nice for you if you are interested. The international business program specifically is rated very highly. I don’t know where you stand with SATs but look at admission’s page to see current averages. High scores can get you good money, even if you are out of state.
