<p>Carleton, Macalester ( Kofi Annan ?!?!) and lot's of other Midwest LAC's offer great IR programs. Just go online and look for them !
Also even big schools like UWisconsin, Ohio State, Indiana etc offer great IR(IS or Poli Sci) Programs.</p>
<p>I read on some site or something that University of Kansas had one of the top Poli Sci Programs in the nation. This seems kind of weird to me but if someone could verify or comment this it would be interesting...
