Junior Science and Humanities Symposia (JSHS) Program

Curious that nobody started a thread on this yet. Ever. I guess it's not very popular.

Anyways, they ask for a "High School Science Teacher". This isn't my current teacher, correct?
The regional JSHS website doesn't talk about this much except on the registration page. The national guidelines were vague, and just said stuff like "both the student and teacher" participating in this symposium. So I would much rather include the teacher I've known for 3 years, instead of my current teacher.

My son won the regional and will advance to the National JSHS competition in San Diego, all expense paid trip along with a scholarship. He performed his research in the University, and gave credit to both his HS teacher and the mentor in college

I will be at the JSHS this year, first time for me. I think it’s just the sponsor teacher or any mentor you had. I did my project by myself so I just put my sponsor, but she isn’t coming. She just signs my forms.
