Junior Transfer Dorm Question

So it's early June and I just found out about my acceptance into FSU a few weeks ago as a transfer. I'm applying for housing tomorrow morning, but does that mean my priority number will be high ( like over 3,000) because some people already have their assignments? Oh, and will people look down on me being a junior and living in a dorm? I only know a handful of people and I'm nervous about being a loner and not making and friends.. as lame as that sounds.

There is a special application for transfers to go through for housing, so that you don’t get stuck with a poor freshman housing option (or no housing) due to the priority number situation. Contact the Housing department and ask for the transfer student application process. You will more than likely be given Rogers Hall, which is apartment style instead of traditional dorm rooms.

No one cares what year you are in school while living on campus. I’ve met plenty of people even in grad school that live on campus (heck, I do myself… it’s seriously convenient).

Ah, Rogers wouldn’t be my first choice, but thank you so much!
