Thank you. I will have finished with all of my pre-reqs for these schools before I make my transfer. Thank you all so much in advance! Please feel free to recommend any other schools that might fit me!

THANK YOU!

Do you have the money to pay for NYU? They are known for VERY stingy financial aid.

I would say you would be a very competitive candidate, but of course those schools are all highly selective and you should also think about having some safeties.

Thank you for your reply. I’ve heard that NYU was notorious for their lack in FA support to the students. Depending on how much they offer me, I might take out some loans or not even go there at all. Of course I will have to look at what other schools offer me. From what I know, the other two schools I’m looking into are very generous with that. What would you say are some safety Business Schools I can apply to?

I can say that if you write a good essay, I think you’ll have a good chance of getting into Cornell. I got in and I don’t have a 4.0. I know that aem is probably the most competitive to get into in cals, but if you really have a passion for what you do I think you’re in. CALS is a fit school, so if you fit in I’m sure they’ll accept you. If you can get into Cornell, I’m sure you can also get into NYU. Your extracurriculars look great. Good luck!

You should get into Haas, not only because of your stellar credentials but also due to the fact that you’re currently at a California CC. Also, have you checked to see if your CC has a transfer agreement with Cornell?

Thank you guys for your inputs! I really appreciate it :D

@lavender19, What do you mean by CALS is a “fit” school? Also, how do you like Cornell so far? I really do hope I get into Cornell AEM, that would be my dream come true :D

@ChicagoBears1, Unfortunately, the ccc that I attend doesn’t have a transfer agreement with Cornell. Also, I’m not sure if the transfer agreement is offered for the AEM major.

Being perfect won’t get you into Haas.

Trust me

@talebi818, yes because no one is perfect :D.

@talebi - His CC more than likely has a transfer agreement with UCB. Therefore, I don’t see why he wouldn’t be accepted.

the correctness in your statement is overwhelming

because you are TAP certified to berkeley, you have very good chances of getting in. also dont forget to complete calc 2 for this fall- it’s now a requirement for haas! if you dont mind me asking, how old are you? in my opinion i believe age is a factor for business schools.
good luck!! and dont forget to write stellar essays!

@comp - Yes, I’m aware of the requirement changes for next years admission. I’m scheduled to take Calc2 in the Fall. I’m currently 21 years old =]
