Junior year 3.3 GPA - chance?

International student.

I go to a pretty decent boarding school, and my sophomore GPA was 3.6 (two honors) and my junior GPA was 3.3 (2 APs, 4 regular courses - took two math). I am taking a course in a nearby college next fall. Top 10% in class, and 1350/1600 SAT; I have only taken once, and I might be able to make it to at least around 1450. Decent leaderships (like dorm proctor) and several awards. I am going to make an orchestra club next fall and also a president of a music benefit concert club. Have been participated in a week community service program every summer since 6th grade and other community services. Work at school library and also interning at an international NGO this summer as well as attending a summer school.

I'm interested in sociology or economics or business and also writing a research paper outside school about a topic related to these areas; I might probably submit it to a competition or something,

Do I still have any chance for Ivys? I know it is hard, but if I make my SAT up, do schools like Northwestern or Georgetown worth trying? What are other reach and safety schools should I consider?

I feel so hopeless after finishing junior year, and I need your help!

Ivy league shmizey league. Is your GPA weighted or uw?
