SO I'M GONNA be a junior this upcoming school year. Everyone's saying Precalc ES (ES=Honors) is the "death class" of our school... I'm not bad at math, but I know I might not fare very well in said death class.

At this point I have two options: I take regular Precalc, or instead I take AP Chem Senior year and APEnv. Science Junior year (easier course load). I'm being told I don't have any chance of becoming a doctor if I don't take AP Calc BC, which they ONLY let you take if you took Precalc ES. I do TONS of ECs: MUN, SciOly, Envirothon, Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, school orchestra, School Newspaper editor, voice lessons, will take up ballroom dancing and gonna try out school plays/musicals, and this is time consuming -_-.

The reason I'm trying to figure out what to do is because my GPA is ****e --> 3.75
If I get all As junior year, I would be at a reasonable GPA, and I need to make sure I take classes I can handle (thus compromising courseload)

Frosh Year: Geometry, Chemistry, Bio ES (equivalent of honors), Spanish 2ES, English 9, and SS 9
Sophomore Year: AP Bio, AP Physics, Alg II ES, AP World History, English 10

If i take APES junior year, will Ivies think I've been slacking my junior year because I'm lazy? Does it matter what order I take APES or AP Chem as long as I take both by the time I graduate?

Thank you for taking the time to read this!
