Hi there,
this is my schedule for the junior year coming up.
AP Computer science
AP Spanish 4
AP US history
AP English 3
Pre Calculus pre ap
Pre ap physics
Principles of health sciences (regulars course)
I do know that courses matter on teachers. In my school out of this schedule probably the hardest AP classes next year are going to be AP US History and AP English 3. AP Spanish 4, maybe but time will tell. AP comp sci is easy. I am taking 4 ap classes. I only plan to take 4 to 5 in junior year no more than that lol. Most of my friends are taking 4 or 5 AP classes, but there are others who are taking like 6 or all 7 in eleventh grade (which I cannot handle at all). Principles of health science is a blow off class, took it to relax, but is also necessary if I plan to take pharmacist tech class in senior year or go shadow as a nurse or assistant type in the Hospital. I have only heard mixed reviews about this class actually helping you out in the future like sure it shows experience, but I heard many medical schools will gladly accept you without it. Should I upgrade to 5 ap classes or just keep it 4? I want to keep time also to prep for SAT,etc and do extra curriculum activities by volunteering and such. I can skip Pre Calculus by taking an exam and take AP calculus instead, but my foundation in my opinion isn’t too good in math like I always forget stuff in that class for some reason and I do not really prefer to shake up my core classes for reasons. Should I worry about class rank a lot and GPA and replace the regulars medical class , which also gives health credit but I already have that lol, with some easy AP class, or should I keep it to have some relaxing time for my class lol. Also what are some easy and not to care much about seriously AP classes?? I do understand that no AP class is a joke and I do take everything seriously, but I also do not want to overwhelm myself and crash in an important year.
