What do colleges focus on more, h.s. junior year rigor or senior year rigor?
In that case, should I take honors A&P instead of Yearbook?

Junior year definitely has more weight.
However, I think Yearbook would look more impressive if you were in it more than 1 year compared to honors A&P. You should still be taking science, though.

Well 2013-2014 would be my first year in Yearbook. I was accepted 2012-2013 but declined because of scheduling reasons. My schedule for next year would be:

AP English III (not sure which one)
Pre-AP pre-Cal
AP US history
Pre-AP Physics
Band
Leadership (requirement if you’re an officer of a club)
Yearbook/Honors A&P
AP Gov./ College transition / economics at a local community college

Im a rising junior by the way

Junior year is way more important, especially if you’re considering applying early to any colleges.

Hm… Yearbook would be better (in my opinion) because it gives you another EC and possibly officer position or just new experiences in general. Unless you really need another weighted class in there, I would say go for yearbook… and take AP Gov?
