<p>to ANY of you juniors: don't hesistate applying here just because of your stats. that is most definitely not all that the U of C looks at. in fact, don't let that hold you back from applying anywhere. the worst any school can do is tell you no; yet that's more than if you'd never applied. all of you that i've looked at look like you've tried very hard in high school. just write a few good essays and get some quality teacher recommendations, and you'll have done your part. good luck, guys, i remember being in this exact position last year. :)</p>

<p>dude, both of you will most probably get into Chicago, unless they suddenly change their admissions process to ED and become more selective. Just do well on your essays, keep up the hard work (or lack thereof), and relax.</p>
