Before taking the ACT tomorrow, here are a few things that you should be reminded of.

1) DO not get intimidated by the high scores posted here.

You might see a bunch of people posting their 30-36 scores, but please keep in mind that only a handful of people actually get these kind of scores. The national ACT average score is only 21, so getting something like a 27 or a 28 is still a very good score!

2) STOP STUDYING!

At this point in time, you should already be prepared for the test and know what is required for the test. Any extra studying beyond now is ineffective. Sure, you might get a bit extra stuff here and there, but chances are it will increase your stress level and contribute to your ACT-caused anxiety.

3) Chill.

Grab a can of soda, or order some pizza and watch some tv. Relaxing yourself is one form of preparing yourself for the test tomorrow. Even if your future depends on the ACT test scores (I hope not lol), worrying about the test will not change the outcome of tomorrow, but rather it will disturb the peace of today. So why worry yourself?

.......

Mental strength is not only key in the ACT test, probably in any other test you might take in the future. So don't get yourself psych!

Millions of teachers would have probably already told you this, but I'm just trying to shed some humor into a supposed stressful day for the lot of you.

Relax! And Good luck tomorrow
