just a random question

is there any school that accept spring 09 application?

Do you mean to transfer in to start the program in the spring? Are you a potential transfer student, or taking a gap year?

yes, as a transfer student.

Many schools accept mid-year transfers. You'll need to be more specific about exactly what you are looking for.

I know Marymount Manhattan accepts mid-year transfer students into their Theatre department.

However, you will not be able to take really any theatre classes until the fall. Our classes run on a year schedule so for instance my Acting I class I'll be taking both semesters, one part in the fall then I get a different teacher for the spring. Theatre History has the first part in the fall and the second in spring. So while you can be accepted you're mostly gonna be getting your gen-eds out of the way that first semester, which can be a good thing actually.

James Madison University accepts a few mid-year transfers... preference in this regard is give to students who have already obtained an associates degree.

Office of Admissions - James Madison University, How to Apply

However, students accepted to JMU as mid-year transfers who were interested in the BA Musical Theatre Concentration would declare a Theatre concentration (this would get them started on the core courses for all Theatre and Musical Theatre concentrators), and then audition for admission to the Musical Theatre Concentration in April -- when auditions for transfers (both JMU students and students from other institutions) occur.

PM me if you are interested in the program and have additional questions.
