Just a small dillemna

There is so much advice, and so much to do. Hi, I'm a freshman, in all Honor classes with, currently, a 4.0... Now, here's the dilemna.. My schedule is filled with clubs and volunteering but I'm wondering if I should take up a sport. Sports at my high school would contradict with all these opportunities as they take place everyday after school.. Would not participating in a sport(but being able to) effect any of my chances to get into a good college?

If you like the sport, then play it.

/discussion

Play tennis broseph

do track

tan char

No don’t do sports. Unless you think you will practice HARD (and i mean HARD) every day to have a chance for recruitment, don’t do sports. It’s a waste of time.

golf team ftw!

Don’t; it’s probably not a worthwhile use of your time.

If you’re doing this solely for college apps, they aren’t that impressive and can be an incredible waste of time. However, if it’s for something more intrinsic, then absolutely.
