Just got back from New Family Reception

<p>It was amazing!!!!!!!!! I made friends, saw old ones and knew my way around the school like a pro!!!!! sooooooooo excited...we got all the paperwork too (roommate questionaire, social permissions, medical forms, smartcard forms, placement tests and things of that sort). i'm actually VERY excited to fill them out.
I already know who my roommate is kindof..its this girl julie i met and shes really cool. we decided we would talk and put all the same answers down (which were the same anyways as we did it) and put for the question: If you had a sign on your door what would it say?...we said : Julie and Emma's Room!!!
they also had yummie food and i went on a third tour (my aunt and grandma were there) and i went to the school store..,yes...again....:)....got sweat pants and a sleeping T.soo yeah im soooooooo excited....end of school/summer better go fast...im getting ticklies just thinking about how fun moving in is going to be/beginning of school activities/laying in my bed/meeting new people/just everday life.....
For girls looking for a school for this coming admissions season...miss hall's is DEFINATELY a school to look at. it feels like the home i never had...its great...sooo anyways i'm going to be posting again obviously soon and over summer but defiantely next year and i'll answer peoples questions about boarding school life in general or Miss Hall's in particular. WEEEEE!!!

<p>New Family Reception? That's so cool, I hadn't heard of that! Do a lot of schools do it? It sounds great, and I'm glad you found a roommate :D</p>

<p>I don't think a lot of schools do this...they were just trying to get families more into the community and give us some paperwork as well as go over it.....it was fun though!!!</p>
