Just got SAT back and wondering if I should even bother sending it

Well, I got my SAT score back and it wasn’t quite as high as I had thought (I have already sent for a rescore–math was unusually low for me) 1480. The problem is during October 2015 I scored a 34 on my ACT. I have decent ECs and my school is known to be academically hard (3.85 they only do weighted) and I have been spending the summer working on various essays. I will find out if I make NMSF in September. I am on the cusp of this crazy new year.

I don’t have aspirations for the ivies…in fact the cold is no where I would like to be…if it needs a snow blower…forget it.

My question is whether I should send the SAT score to anyone. It converts to a 32 on ACT which makes my score of 34 look weak maybe?

I would love some ideas for me. I am hoping to go into human resource or patent law. I want a more conservative school and one that would prepare me for law. I am not sure what to major in…thought a bioscience but all the testings and AP classes show that I am really good in english and then math. I want a school with good merit scholarships.

thoughts? Ideas? The new apps start soon and I wanted to get a jump on narrowing it down.

Just use your ACT score for apps. Your SAT score is high enough to “certify” your PSAT score for NMSF so no problem there.
