Just missed the deadline...still worth submitting app?

Unfortunately, I couldn't quite get my second personal statement polished up before the 11:59 PST deadline. Is it still worth it to submit my app? Is there any chance of being considered?

I don't want to pay the $60 application fee if there's no chance of being considered.

I am in the same boat. :/ Thoughts, anyone?

procrastinators...

you probably won't be able to submit.

Do it. trust me. I submitted a common app late, and it really did not matter to the college in the end. :)

As the saying goes: better late than never.

If the UC system still allows you to, then do it. I believe the site "locks" at some point. Last year people were submitting somewhat after the deadline and still got it through (though because of the server problems, they may have allowed a grace period)

Sequoia should be right. When I applied to Brown when they weren't using the common app., it let me submit part 2 after the deadline. They gave a grace period.

Last year there was a grace period of a few days for those affected by SoCal wildfires...

If it hasn't locked you out yet, you might still be considered

If it has already locked you out, you are ****ed.
