I just checked my status report on the UVA website I didn't realize I could have submitted my mid year grades online. So I had my GC send it through mail and I don't know if there will be a mix up or something.......seeing how I did the application online. I think I'm probably just being paranoid.

I'm pretty sure it has to be mailed in by GC anyway. Relax. If they for some reason don't get it, they will email you.

Actually UVA asks the student to mail in grades themselves on a special sheet or do it online. I doubt it will matter though.

Just to clarify, UVA was the only school of the 7 my D applied to that specifically wanted the student, not the GC, to either mail in mid-years or submit online. That said, I wouldn't worry about it. Main thing is that they get the information before the deadline. Sure you'll be fine...

nonchalant-

i did the exact same thing. i called the admissions office and was instructed to go ahead and complete the online form because that's the best way for them to get it.

the guy i talked to was a total d-bag, so i don't know for sure how true this is, but he told me that they would disregard anything they actually got from my school because we're supposed to self report.

i would call the admissions office. you should be fine!

hahaha i think i know this guy, I hate talking to him when I call uva but I always get him =( and there's a really perky girl but at least she's reassuring.

Are guys sure I should call admissions? I would hope they would advise me if something went wrong.
