Just submitted ED, help me chance SEAS please?

The thing is I'm an international and I asked for financial aid. I'm not sure if that was a wise choice, but I really won't be able to afford the full fee. I'm expecting about 50%, provided I get in of course.

I'm a Thai student studying in Singapore.

Rank: 5/408 for final year
School doesn't calculate GPA.
Doing IB: HL Physics, Chemistry, Maths
SL Economics, Mandarin ab initio, English A1

SAT1: Single testing best score (third testing though): CR:700 M:800 W:770 Total:2270
superscore is the same as my third testing score. Took it three times, the first two times were CR:620 M:750 W:650 and CR:620 M:800 W:640

SAT2: Maths Lvl 2:800, Physics: 780, Chemistry: 800

Teacher and Counselor Rec: Good, but not the 'one of a kind' type.

ECs: Very focused on Interact Club. I'm an Executive Committee in Interact Club (a club dedicated to volunteerism and community service). I did win an award for 'Service Above Self' (awarded to only two students in Singapore per year).

But others nothing flashy :(

I figured if I apply for Jerome Fisher there's no harm so I applied, but don't really expect anything from it. I really hope I'll get into SEAS though.

What do you guys think?

Someone helps a worried soul please? :) I need to know if I should get my hopes up or down for SEAS...

it's really hard to get aid from upenn if you are applying from singapore. but on the other hand, they might consider you are thai, and you know for diversity's sake... you might have some luck
