Kaplan SAT/ACT/PSAT Prep worth it?!

<p>Hi all,</p>

<p>Recently, I registered for Kaplan Unlimited Prep for around $999. This is where I have unlimited access to SAT, ACT, and PSAT Classroom and Classroom Anywhere until December 30 of my senior year. Right now, I am an incoming junior. I thought that this was pretty good price as I did not want to take Elite due to the price and my busy summer. </p>

<p>I know that this prep will take a lot of work on top of school work and extracurricular activities. However, I am determined to work hard in this course.
I am really hoping that this prep will help me obtain a good enough SAT score for UC Berkeley. </p>

<p>If you have had any experience with KAPLAN Test Prep in N California, please tell me about it! Is it worth all that money?! What can I do now?!</p>

<p>DO NOT USE KAPLAN REVIEW. I signed my daughter up for the class, bought all of the books, etc. She showed up for her first day at a random building with unknown people. After waiting there for two hours, no one showed up and she went home. When I called Kaplan they told us not enough spots were taken and they had to cancel the class. They never informed us about this and barely apologized. </p>

Hi, I am thinking send my son to SAT prep this summer. I thought about Elite but we live far away from fremont, and it’s intense 5days a week. Just curious, which test prep did you end up doing and how is it? Any recommendation is highly appreciated.
