<p>I am an international student, who applied to Duke under RD. Couple of days ago, I received an email informing me that I am selected as Karsh Scholarship finalist and I have an interview.</p>
<p>Does this mean, I will get into Duke for sure, regardless of what happens to this scholarship?</p>

While I am always reluctant to indicate that an applicant has been admitted prior to Undergraduate Admissions’ formal notification, I respectfully suggest you can begin packing your luggage and planning your trip to Durham now . . . don’t forget the blue face paint.
