Hey,
I have some confusion as to what the Kelley Direct Admit to IU is. When you reach the 30 act and 3.7 gpa, are you garunteed admissions to both the overall university and the business school? Or do you get evaluated to the overall university first and once you get in, get into the business school? In simple terms, can I be rejected by IU if I have a 30 act and 3.7 gpa?

Direct Admit means you are accepted to the University AND Kelley.

Otherwise you are accepted only to University Division and must complete a required set of courses with a B (83%) or higher to gain automatic admission to Kelley. If you are a University Division student and get a B- or lower in any classes, your application will be reviewed by the committee and you might be turned down. Just for a heads up, students every year get turned down with a single B- or W on their transcripts. So in other words, its pretty competitive.

A solid B or higher in each individual class. You can have a 3.3 with a single B- or W and get turned down.

Are the requirements that stringent for staying in Kelley once you have been admitted?

once your in, your in…unless you do reallly bad

OP,

I believe that 30 ACT + 3.7 GPA will get you DA into Kelley. Now, 2015 may be a different story.
