Kenan-Flagler or Cornell ILR?

Hey guys, so I have assured admission to KF B- school at UNC, but I also recieved admission into Cornell as a Meinig Family National Scholar. I love UNC and it seems very homey to me and I love how experiential it is, especially when it comes to consulting (which is what I want to go into). I’m also in state.

On the other hand, w/ the Meinig Scholars program at Cornell my loans will be replaced up to $4,000 every year (seems low but I’m lower middle class so I’m pretty sure my loans are going to be 4K if not lower b/c that’s how they are at UNC). Not to mention I get a 3.5k stipend to do internships/whatever. I also love how ILR focuses a lot on social impact and labor history, but I do not want to be pigeonholed into an HR career.

So if anyone can speak for either of these schools and would like to help me that would be greatly appreciated.
