I know that Kenan flagler at UNC is ranked 5th nationwide for undergrad business but is it heavily recruited for BB Investment Banking firms? Just wondering how it would stack up against Ivy Leagues and more prestigious Private universities.

The location of UNC hurts their recruitment. If you want IB, your much better being at schools such as the Ivy's or other top publics (mainly UMich, and UVA).

Sorry Leo but I don't see how Virginia's location is any better than CH's I mean they are relatively close together and both near a major city and very far away from NYC. How exactly do you figure that UVA has the upper hand here?

Because it's a heavily recruited IBanking school.

Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that UNC is a bad school, all I'm saying is that in terms of IB, UVA has a clear advantage.

UVa has an incredible presence on Wall Street. It is second to only Wharton and comparable to Stern and Ross.

UVA is niceeeeeee..

I was actually making the same decision (contemplating UNC) and everyone I spoke to in ibanking told me the same thing: no one recruits there. its just too out of the way for most banks.

however, if you are an absolutely top candidate, UNC won't hold you back. I met a couple of kids from UNC when I was a summer analyst with Citi.
