I want to get ahead in Algebra 2 this summer using a free program and I've used Khan Academy before, but as supplemental study material. How good and informative is Khan Academy if that is the site I am using to learn Algebra 2?

I want to know too, in 9th Grade Math goes REALLY QUICKLY and they combine Alg 2 and Geometry

You should go on YouTube and watch PatrickJMT’s videos. They’re really good, too.

Okay, Khan is really good as a supplement, but not good as the main source. A lot of concepts are either skipped or rushed over.

But if you’re studying and there’s one concept you don’t get, it helps a lot.

So I have a follow-up, what online source is best for a full year of algebra 2?

I’m not sure what online source would be best. I do use Khan Academy though, but as review for the past year.

an online course?

Just buy life of Fred math books they’re highly informative and self teachable. Around 40$. Very popular among homeschoolers. Use as a stand alone curriculum

Did everyone just ignore my comment? Seriously, go check out PatrickJMT. He’s amazing. He has a crap ton of Math videos.
Also check out the a Brightstorm and ProfRobBob channels on YouTube.

educator.com is the best for a full course of algebra 2 but it is not free.

I checked out PatrickJMT, and he really seems to have A LOT of content.
Nice one.
(But I like using Khan Academy as a supplementary too)

Khan academy is good for knowing more about a specific topic.
