I have been in NHS Junior year and now my senior year, but completely screwed myself over by forgetting to submit 2 hours before the due date- causing me to get kicked out. It had nothing to do with missing meetings or grades, it was just about the two hours. I got in to University of Iowa and I don’t know how this will affect my acceptance. Do I notify the school somehow, and could they reject me now?

It won’t. You don’t need to tell them bc you were in when accepted.
You are in luck. No problem. Don’t even bother to mention it, especially because the vast majority of colleges don’t give a monkey’s about NHS.
Don’t worry about it. I also got kicked out of NHS senior year lol. But very few people care about NHS at all.
agree, not to worry. you got in and were in when you applied; you missed a deadline which happens to the best of us. I think they would understand. I don’t see a need to report this at this time.
